Shipping & Delivery Policy
This page outlines the standard logistics fulfillment process and timeframe standards for our store. All data is objectively based on current system parameters and carrier Service Level Agreements (SLA).
I. Core Timeframes
We utilize a single-carrier network to eliminate tracking blind spots caused by multi-party handoffs. The specific node timeframes are as follows:
| Fulfillment Stage | Standard Timeframe | Details |
| Carrier | FedEx | Exclusive use of FedEx for delivery, with full end-to-end tracking. |
| Order Processing | 1 Business Day | Includes payment verification, inventory allocation, packing, and label generation. |
| Transit Time | 3-5 Business Days | FedEx in-transit time, varying strictly by destination distance. |
| Total Delivery Time | 4-6 Business Days | Total estimated cycle from payment confirmation to package arrival. |
II. Warehouse & Dispatch Network
All orders are dispatched directly from our central fulfillment hub. This location provides optimal nationwide routing to minimize delivery latency to peripheral states/cities.

Sole Dispatch & Return Origin: 460 Gibraltar Drive, Bolingbrook IL 60440, US
III. Order Lifecycle Breakdown
-
T+0 (Order Generation): The system receives the order and conducts fraud screening. Once payment clears, the fulfillment order is immediately routed to the IL warehouse.
-
T+1 (Dispatch & Pick-up): The warehouse completes tire picking and staging. FedEx collects outgoing shipments daily. The system automatically triggers a shipping confirmation email containing your unique FedEx Tracking Number.
-
T+2 to T+6 (Transit & Delivery): Packages move through the FedEx network. Real-time tracking is available via our built-in tracking page or directly on FedEx.com.
IV. Operational Guidelines & Exceptions
Tires are oversized and heavy commodities; their logistics handling possesses specific objective characteristics. Please note the following:
-
Split Shipments: If purchasing multiple tires (e.g., a set of 4), the order will likely be split into multiple tracking units due to FedEx weight and dimensional constraints. Individual tires may arrive at different times (typically within a 24-48 hour variance). This is standard operational procedure.
-
Delivery Inspection: Upon receipt, prioritize verifying that the tire specifications (size, DOT codes) match your order exactingly. Inspect for any critical transit damage (e.g., severe bead deformation) prior to mounting.
-
Force Majeure Delays: The 3-5 day transit time is a standard statistical average. Severe weather events (blizzards, hurricanes) or carrier network congestion during peak seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday) will result in objective delays.
-
Lost/Stalled Packages: If tracking indicates "Delivered" but no physical items are present, or if routing updates stagnate for more than 3 consecutive business days, contact customer support immediately with your order number. We will initiate an official Trace Investigation with FedEx.
